Key Responsibilities
- Patient Care: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care in accordance with established protocols and clinical standards.
- Medication Administration: Safely administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring patient responses and documenting all relevant information.
- Patient Education: Educate patients and families on treatment plans, health maintenance, and disease prevention, ensuring understanding and compliance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and optimal outcomes.
- Documentation: Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, responses, and health histories in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all healthcare facility policies and regulatory requirements to ensure a safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development opportunities to maintain and enhance nursing competencies.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in [State] and in good standing.
- Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program.
